Great outdoor pool and a cozy spa, perfect to relax after a long day exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious, especially the croissants and the fresh fruit. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. , the staff was really friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness was not the best, the bathroom was really small and outdated and the towels were old and rough. , the room was quite noisy, and we could hear everything from the corridor.

The hotel's location, easily accessible via the bus route to Costa or Fondo Grande, is quite convenient. the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, and the staff is courteous and accommodating. the cozy spa/sauna area and external pool are nice, and the external fire-baked mule wine adds a lovely touch.
The quality of breakfast could be improved, with a wider bread assortment and better scrambled eggs.

The location of the hotel was great, just a few minutes' walk from the slopes and a short stroll to the town center. the staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. the breakfast consisted of a wide variety of options and was very filling.

I enjoyed the lovely and clean hotel facilities, especially the cosy spa/sauna area and refreshing external pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation and tasty breakfast options.
No complaints at all, my experience was nothing but positive.
